From iconic game and movie soundtracks to enchanting reinterpretations, we craft high-quality productions that transport listeners to new realms.  

Our ambition is to become the world’s leading brand and label in this niche. That’s why we’re looking for a Marketing Manager who can expand our reach, establish strategic partnerships, generate traffic, and increase engagement and sales. In short—we need you to help us grow and take the No. 1 spot.

What you’ll be doing:

🎯 Drive traffic & visibility – Develop and execute marketing strategies to get more people to discover us.
🤝 Build partnerships – Identify and negotiate collaborations with gaming brands, influencers, and communities.
📱 Social media & content – Work creatively with campaigns, digital advertising, and organic engagement.
🚀 Growth hacking – Experiment with innovative methods to maximize virality.
📊 Analyze & optimize – Track data and adjust strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
🎵 Boost engagement & sales – Increase views, streams, and engagement on YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music, TikTok, etc.
💰 Manage the marketing budget – Allocate and optimize spending on ads, partnerships, and campaigns for maximum impact.

We’re looking for someone who:

✅ Has 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth hacking, or influencer collaborations.
✅ Understands gaming and fantasy culture and knows how to engage the right audience.
✅ Is self-driven, creative, and skilled at generating buzz—especially among Millennials & Gen Z.
✅ Knows YouTube, TikTok, Discord, and other platforms where gamers and music lovers hang out.

Bonus points if you:

🎵 Have experience in the music industry or streaming services.
🎮 Have connections with influencers in gaming and fantasy.
📈 Have knowledge of SEO, ads, or community-building.
👾 Have way too many /played days, speak fluent Quenya, and spend more time online than you probably should.
